HOUSE WITH GRANNY FLAT

Building for the future is something we all think about. Our newest build was a home with a detached granny flat, which we completed to a budget of 700K all in. Located on Drift Court, Kingscliff, the single and double-storey dwellings made full use of quality woods, marble tiles, sleek modern fittings and contemporary lighting, with the main house featuring an outside terrace for dining and relaxing. We also created an innovative way of providing shade from the sun. Slatted aluminium wings sweeping over the top half of each building look arrestingly different from other houses along the street, while serving a practical purpose.

Josh, Mark and their team of contractors went above and beyond during the whole process, from planning right through to completion.  Their knowledge and experience was instrumental to ensuring our home was perfect for our family. They were professional, personable and let us have input during all stages. The end result is a house with impeccable finishes, quality lasting products and comfort knowing we were here every step of the way
